30-Day Happiness Guarantee At Purréa, we want you and your feline friend to love your purchase. If you or your cat are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return window from the date your package is delivered.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging with all included accessories.

  • Due to hygiene and pet health safety standards, items contaminated with heavy pet hair, dander, or bodily fluids cannot be accepted for a standard change-of-mind return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your item arrives broken, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at Info@purreacats.com with your order number.

  2. Provide a clear photo or short video showing the damage or defect.

  3. Once verified, we will immediately send a free replacement or issue a full refund—no need to ship the damaged item back!

Return Shipping & Process (Change of Mind)

  • Initiating a Return: Please email Info@purreacats.com with your order number before sending any items back. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs for non-defective returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Return Address: Our support team will provide you with the correct regional return warehouse address upon approval. Please do not send returns back to the address listed on your package label.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your tracking information shows no updates for 30 consecutive calendar days, your package will be classified as lost in transit, and we will issue a 100% full refund or dispatch a free replacement immediately.

Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, PayPal) within 3–5 business days.
